You’re looking at the Fairpath demo site, set up as a fictional practice, Juniper Row Migration. To change anything, remix a free copy of the template into your Framer account. Every page, CMS item and form comes with it.

Know where the content lives
Pathways and Guides are the two CMS collections, and each pathway’s fee lives on its item, so Home, Fees and the pathway pages all read it from there. Office hours, the registration line, languages and the first-meeting fee are each one component, used everywhere they appear. The office address and email sit in the Line Layout footer and are repeated on About and Contact.

Swap the images
Replace each photo inside its frame, so the crop and aspect ratio stay the same. The demo portraits and scenes are AI-generated or graded stock, and every one is fine to replace. Write new alt text for each photo.

Keep the fonts
Barlow Condensed and Atkinson Hyperlegible Next come from Framer’s font picker, so they are licence-safe to keep. There are no font files to upload or buy.

Choose where forms go
Your situation, Book, Employers and Contact each have a form. Select each one, set where its submissions are sent in the form’s settings, then send yourself a test.
Go live on your own domain
Open Site Settings → Domains and add your domain.
A custom domain needs a paid site plan. The free plan publishes only to a free Framer domain.
Fairpath runs on the Basic site plan: it uses 2 CMS collections, Pathways and Guides, and has 20 pages, within Basic’s 30-page limit. That is 21 while this guide is here.
Before you publish
Replace all the sample content, including the practice name, Juniper Row Migration, the advisers, the registration number and every fee
Write each page’s title and description, then set the favicon and social image in Site Settings
Set a destination for all four forms, and test each one
Keep the reduced-motion setting on in Site Settings
