These are starting fees for a straightforward case. Your written quote is fixed before you commit, and it only changes if your circumstances do.

How and when you pay
If you decide not to go ahead before we lodge, we refund the part of the fee we haven’t yet earned. Your client agreement sets out the full refund policy.
