If something has gone wrong

We want to hear about it, and we want to put it right. Here is how to raise a concern, and who else you can go to.

Three steps, and a clear timetable

We acknowledge every complaint within two working days and aim to give you a full written response within fourteen days.

  1. 1

    Talk to your adviser

Most concerns can be sorted out quickly. Tell your adviser what has gone wrong and what you would like to happen.

  2. 2

    Write to the principal adviser

If that doesn’t resolve it, write to our principal adviser by email or post. She will look into it personally and reply in writing.

  3. 3

    Contact the regulator

If you’re still not satisfied, you can complain to the regulator that registers immigration advisers. Using our process first is not required.

Our conduct

Every adviser at Juniper Row is registered and follows the code of conduct that applies to registered advisers. You can ask us for a copy of the code at any time, and you’ll find a summary of it in your client agreement.
