A small practice, on purpose
We keep our caseload small enough that every client has one adviser who knows their file by heart.
Started by people who have filled in these forms themselves
Juniper Row began with one adviser, one desk and a waiting list of friends-of-friends who needed someone to explain their letters to them. Most of the team has moved countries at least once, and several of us have been through the same applications our clients face.
We have stayed small deliberately. It means we can say no to work we don’t think will succeed, tell people plainly when the odds are poor, and give every client the same named adviser from start to finish.
We now have two offices and meet many clients by video, in five languages and with interpreters for more.

Four things we won’t compromise on
Two offices, and video from anywhere
