What we do, and what you do
We start by checking your job offer, qualifications and work history against the routes that could apply, and tell you which look realistic and which don’t.
If we go ahead, you get a written plan: the documents, who provides each one, and the order to do things in. We prepare the application, check every page with you, and lodge it once you have signed off.

A starting list, not the final one. Your document plan will be written for your case.
Passport and any previous visas
Job offer or contract, if you have one
Qualifications and transcripts
References that show your work history
Language test results, if required
Police and medical certificates, when asked
What can change the outcome
Decisions are made by the government, not by us. Gaps in a work history, documents that don’t match each other and rule changes during processing are common reasons for delay. We’ll point out any weak spot we see before you lodge, not after.

Does every work route start with an employer’s offer?
Not always. Some routes need an offer from an employer; others look at your skills and experience on their own. We’ll tell you which kind applies to you at the first meeting.
Can my family come with me?
Often, yes. Partners and children can usually be included, or can apply to join you later. We plan their applications alongside yours so the dates work.
