What we do, and what you do
Send us the decision letter as soon as you have it. Deadlines to respond can be short.
We read the reasons with you and explain whether a review, a fresh application or no further action makes most sense, then give you a written quote for the next step. If we don’t think a review has a reasonable chance, we will say so.

Review options and time limits depend on the kind of decision and where it was made. A missed deadline can close an option altogether, so please contact us straight away.
